Cancellation & Refund Policy

Plus subscriptions

Monthly Minim Plus is $4.99/month. Annual Minim Plus is $39/year. Prices are in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

How to cancel

Sign in to the account with your subscription, open Profile & settings, and choose Manage billing in the Plan section. Use the Stripe customer portal to cancel and confirm the subscription’s end date. Cancel before your next renewal to prevent that charge.

Cancellation prevents future renewal. Paid Plus access continues through the end of the current billing period. After that, your account returns to the Free tier and its limits. Cancellation does not automatically delete your saved data. Signing out or deleting a profile is not cancellation.

Refunds and billing problems

Minim does not provide prorated refunds for unused time except where required by applicable law. This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.

For an unexpected charge, a billing error, or trouble opening the portal, contact support@minim-app.com. Include your account email and the charge date or receipt reference. Never send a password, verification code, or full card number.
