Terms of Service

Effective September 12, 2026

These terms govern your use of Minim, including guest access, inventory, personal values, shopping research, and Plus. By using Minim, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Using Minim and your account

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you cannot enter into these terms on your own, use Minim only with a parent or guardian who agrees to them. Paid purchases require authorization from the payment-method holder.

Provide accurate account information, protect your password and verification codes, and tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Guest work is tied to its session; losing that session may prevent recovery. Personalize your account to help retain access across visits.

Acceptable use

Do not use Minim for unlawful activity, upload content you lack permission to use, infringe others’ rights, harass others, distribute malicious code, bypass access controls or quotas, or disrupt the service. Do not probe or access another person’s private records.

Research is a starting point

AI outputs, product comparisons, sources, prices, availability, and environmental or safety claims may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or change over time. They are not professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. Independently verify material purchasing, health, safety, and financial claims with reliable sources before relying on them. You make your own purchasing decisions; third-party sellers are responsible for their products and transactions.

Your content and Minim

You retain your rights in information and content you provide. You give Minim permission to store, process, and transmit it as needed to provide the service, including through the providers described in our Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of your content to Minim.

Minim and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding, and service content. These terms permit personal use of the service, not ownership of it. Third-party content remains subject to its owners’ rights, and AI output may not be unique.

Free and Plus plans

Minim offers a Free tier. Minim Plus is $4.99/month or $39/year, in US dollars. Plus subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable interval until canceled. Checkout shows the amount payable, including any applicable taxes. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges through Stripe. Plan features and usage limits are shown in the app.

You can cancel through Profile & settings → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewal, and paid Plus access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time except where required by applicable law. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you cannot access billing, contact support@minim-app.com.

Availability, changes, and termination

We may maintain, change, or discontinue features and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will communicate material subscription-price or term changes before they apply to future renewals, as required by law. You can cancel before a changed renewal takes effect.

We may restrict or suspend access for abuse, security risks, unlawful use, or material violations of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Keep an export of information you need independently of Minim.

Reasonable limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Minim is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees that it will meet every need or that research is accurate. To that same extent, Minim is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.
