Need help with Minim? Email support@minim-app.com. Describe what happened, what you expected, and any safe error message. Include your browser/device and approximate time if relevant. Do not send passwords, verification codes, full card details, or sensitive screenshots.

Account and sign-in

Sign in with your account email. Guests can choose Personalize to verify an email and set a password while keeping the same account’s data. If that email already has an account, signing in does not automatically merge separate guest data.

Verification codes

Keep the verification step open, check spam and the email address you entered, and use the latest 6-digit code. If it expires or does not arrive, use Resend code when available. Wait if the service reports a rate limit. Complete a fresh verification check when prompted.

Password reset

Use Forgot password and follow the email instructions. If the link expires, request another. Never share a reset link with anyone.

Billing, subscriptions, and cancellation

Open Profile & settings → Plan → Manage billing to manage your subscription in Stripe. After checkout, use Refresh plan status if Plus is still pending. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for renewal, access, and refund details.

Research issues

Check your remaining research allowance and try a clear query with relevant details. Results and sources can be wrong or become outdated; verify important claims independently. If a request fails, send the error and approximate time without including private research details unless needed.

Data and account questions

You can edit or delete items, values, and your optional profile, and export available account data in settings. For account or research-history deletion, access requests, or trouble recovering guest data, email us. We may need to verify account ownership. Clearing browser storage or signing out does not delete stored server records.
